Kangaroo Yoga is a unique experience that combines yoga, animal therapy, nature ...and often laughter!

While following safety guidelines, Coastal Wilds provides an interactive experience with their red kangaroo and wallaby animal ambassadors.

Within their large kangaroo walkabout yard, you will be guided through a relaxing yoga flow as their resident kangaroo and wallaby ambassadors freely hop around giving you posing tips!

Animal Yoga

Animal yoga classes are memorable, uplifting yoga experiences that can provide an extra layer of calm, comfort and FUN!

I am happy to discuss leading yoga sessions with dogs, cats, bunnies, goats and more! You provide the animals, I'll bring the yoga. If you would like to host yoga classes with animals at your farm, sanctuary or other animal organization, let's talk!

I am also happy to discuss working with shelters, rescues and adoption centers to provide animal yoga events where attendees may have the chance to adopt an animal at the end of class.
