Planning a bachelorette weekend can be exhausting — coordinating schedules, finding activities everyone enjoys and balancing party time with relaxation. Let me make it easier!
I bring a customized, stress-free yoga (or mat Pilates) experience to your location (home, rental, hotel, poolside or in the pool, yard, porch, patio, deck), favorite beach spot, nearby park or another outdoor space! It is the perfect mix of physical refresh, group bonding and unforgetable photo ops. Plus, it is a fun, healthy way for the bride-to-be and her bridal crew to energize before a weekend of fun, to recharge after a long night out or to relax before the big day.

$150 flat rate for group of 5 or less
$30/person for group of 6 or more
Deposit: $75 due at time of booking; balance due on the day of class.

Service Areas: Traveling within 15 miles of Bethany Beach, Delaware and serving Bethany Beach (19930), Rehoboth Beach (19971), Dewey Beach (19971), Ocean View (19970), Fenwick Island (19944) and Ocean City, Maryland (21842) and surrounding areas. Please note: Travel and parking fees may be required depending on class location / time. Travel fee for longer distances: 15-25 miles outside of Bethany Beach = $30/party; 26-40 miles outside of Bethany Beach = $50/party.
Cancellation Policy: Booking deposits are non-refundable, unless class is canceled by instructor or outdoor class is rained out or other inclement weather and the class cannot be moved indoors. On the (extremely rare) occasion that I may have to cancel your session and I am not able to find a substitute instructor, I will refund you in full for the session. No refunds or reschedules for no shows.

What's included:
- 60-MINUTE SESSION: Tailored to your group’s requests — whether it's yoga, mat Pilates or a mix of both! I can lead you through a relaxing class or more of a workout if you prefer.
- MAT RENTALS (Setup & Breakdown): For beach sessions, I bring Turkish towels (they work better on sand than a traditional yoga or Pilates mat). For indoor or other outdoor sessions, I bring clean, sanitized yoga mats. A special pink mat for the bride!
- CUSTOM PLAYLIST: I typically bring music (yoga style) for indoor & outdoor sessions (other than the beach). I use Spotify & you can send me songs / playlists you would like to play. For the beach, I do not bring music (unless requested) since the beach sounds & the crashing waves provide the perfect soundtrack.
- CHILLED LAVENDER EYE TOWELS: Enjoy the sweet stillness of Savasana (rest pose) with a chilled towel infused with high-quality lavender essential oil — like a mini spa treatment at the end of your yoga or Pilates practice.
- PHOTOS: I can take some candid photos during & leave time for a group photo and posed photos of your choosing after.
Add Ons:
- MIMOSAS: (not allowed for beach sessions) I bring the champagne, OJ & cups for before, during or after. (non-alcoholic & alternate juice options available) $8/person additional
- SOUND BATH: Close class with deep vibrational soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls & tuning forks for a deeply relaxing, restorative experience. 15 min. $50, 30 min. $60 additional
- STRETCH THERAPY FOR THE BRIDE: (indoor only) After class, treat the bride-to-be to targeted 1-on-1 therapeutic stretch / bodywork for maximum relaxation while the group relaxes. 25 min. $60, 50-min. $85 additional
